Heavy rainfall warning is in effect over six areas resulting from a low pressure area (LPA), which stays more likely to turn into a tropical cyclone, based on the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
