MYNT, Inc., the financial technology (fintech) company behind GCash, has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a list application with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) for its proposed initial public offering (IPO), which is predicted within the fourth quarter (Q4).<\/p>\n
In an announcement dated June 27, Mynt said the proposed offering will consist of as much as 8.03 billion common shares, with an overallotment option of as much as 1.20 billion additional secondary common shares.<\/p>\n
