Valter Walker wasn\u2019t surprised to see Shara Magomedov receive a warning for pulling his opponent\u2019s hair.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This past weekend, Magomedov defeated Michel Pereira in Baku after getting dropped by his Brazilian foe in the primary round.<\/p>\n

The unanimous decision victory wasn\u2019t without controversy as a result of the decision made by referee Herb Dean following a foul.<\/p>\n

After Pereira called out Dean for not penalizing Magomedov, it appears that evidently \u2018Bullet\u2019 isn’t any stranger to bending the foundations in his favor in keeping with a former teammate of his.<\/p>\n

Valter Walker claims that Shara Magomedov would all the time pull his hair after they trained together<\/h2>\n

Referee Herb Dean only gave Shara Magomedov a warning on June 27 when he pulled his opponent\u2019s hair contained in the Octagon.<\/p>\n

UFC heavyweight Valter Walker recently commented on this as a result of him previously training alongside the Russian at GOR MMA in Moscow.<\/p>\n

He claims that this isn\u2019t just something that \u2018Bullet\u2019 did in training, but he was actually praised for doing it as a result of his relationship with the coach, Gor Azizyan.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter I had long hair, each time I trained with Shara, he would pull my hair and knee me within the face while holding onto it,\u201d Walker told Sexto Round<\/a>, as translated by Sherdog<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019d tell Coach Gor and he\u2019d applaud Shara \u2014 mostly because Shara is his favorite son. I believe that\u2019s really mistaken, and it was one in every of the explanations I shaved my head.\u201d<\/p>\n

Magomedov previously received criticism for getting away with a foul in his second UFC fight against Antonio Trocoli.<\/p>\n

While he went on to stop Trocoli within the third round, a fence grab was highlighted by former bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling.<\/p>\n

\u201cPossibly could\u2019ve been a very different result,\u201d Sterling wrote on X<\/a>. \u201cBut now we\u2019ll never know as a result of the ref letting that crucial moment slide.\u201d<\/p>\n
