In a social media post earlier this week, Rhode Island\u2019s \u201cCannabis Queen\u201d said she was leaving the series to concentrate on her family and her profession. Her announcement garnered mixed responses, with some viewers expressing sadness, while others claimed that the 56-year-old was leaving because she feared her alleged secrets would come to light. Now, in a brand new post, McGraw is firing back on the rumors and clearing the air about her sudden exit. <\/p>\n \u201cReal Housewives of Rhode Island\u201d star McGraw shared a post on her Instagram Stories earlier this week, clapping back at viewers who claimed she quit the series due to alleged past wrongdoing. Based on McGraw, her exit has nothing to do with the \u201cpreposterous\u201d rumors and every part to do with having agency over her life.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s fascinating to me how everyone assumes my reason for leaving involves being afraid of \u2018skeletons\u2019 \u2026 \u2018jail\u2019 \u2026 etc,\u201d she wrote. \u201cThis just isn’t recent gossip; it has been the local slander for YEARS. If there have been even an oz of validity to it, I\u2019d not have ever gone on a show!\u201d<\/p>\n \t\t<\/p>\n McGraw said that while it might feel \u201cgood\u201d to take a position about others\u2019 lives, she\u2019s \u201cnever\u201d been investigated or involved in any criminal case.<\/p>\n And he or she didn\u2019t stop there.
