Logan Paul is convinced that Floyd Mayweather still owes him over $1 million from their exhibition clash five years ago.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Back in 2021, Floyd Mayweather competed in only his second exhibition boxing match when he took on Logan Paul on the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.<\/p>\n

With it having been an exhibition fight, there was no announced winner and the fight was declared a draw after eight rounds of motion.<\/p>\n

\u2018Money\u2019 Mayweather boasted earning as much as $100 million for the fight he labeled \u2018fake\u2019, while Paul earned a guaranteed purse of $250,000, which he later said totaled around $5 million.<\/p>\n

Floyd Mayweather dismisses Logan Paul\u2019s $1.5 million claim<\/h2>\n

The 49-year-old star has been making headlines over the past few months for some unlucky reasons.<\/p>\n

It was announced that Mayweather would rematch Manny Pacquiao this coming September on the Sphere in Las Vegas, nonetheless, that planned clash was recently canceled.<\/p>\n

Not only that, but Mayweather\u2019s financial problems have been extremely well-documented over the past few months, with UFC boss Dana White even attempting to assist him out.<\/p>\n

\u2018The Maverick\u2019, Paul, threatens to worsen his problems, though, as he has been claiming that he remains to be owed $1.5 million from Mayweather as a part of an agreement ahead of their fight.<\/p>\n

Paul claimed earlier this 12 months that Mayweather had pre-sold the fight rights to an organization within the Middle East for $10 million in money, using Paul\u2019s name and image to seal the deal. In line with Paul, their agreement gave him 15 percent of that quantity, which adds as much as the $1.5 million he\u2019s chasing.<\/p>\n

And earlier this week, Mayweather was finally asked about Paul\u2019s claim, offering a particularly dismissive response.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wish him nothing but one of the best,\u201d Mayweather told Come And Talk 2 Me<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately for the WWE star, it doesn\u2019t appear to be a matter that’s going to be settled any time soon, and with rumors continuing to swirl regarding \u2018Money\u2019 Mayweather\u2019s financial constraints, Paul could find himself aimlessly chasing what he believes he’s owed.<\/p>\n

Mayweather has been offered somewhat of a lifeline, though, as he has been called out by undefeated former champion, Gervonta Davis.<\/p>\n

Mayweather used to mentor \u2018Tank\u2019, but that hasn\u2019t stopped the lightweight from including him on a possible hit list of opponents.<\/p>\n
