Akshay Kumar\u2019s production house, Cape of Good Movies LLP, has issued a public notice within the July 4, 2026 issue of Complete Cinema magazine, asserting that it’s the only and exclusive holder of the rights to provide and commercially exploit the much-awaited comedy, Hera Pheri 3<\/em>. The notice has been addressed to the general public at large in addition to stakeholders across the Indian film trade.<\/p>\n

BREAKING: Akshay Kumar\u2019s Cape of Good Movies issues public notice; asserts exclusive worldwide rights over Hera Pheri 3; cautions industry against coping with third parties<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The notice specifically addresses distributors, exhibitors, cinema chains, OTT and streaming platforms, television broadcasters, digital platforms, advertisers, licensors, licensees, aggregators and syndicators, amongst others.<\/p>\n

Cape of Good Movies LLP has claimed that it holds an \u201cirrevocable, worldwide, perpetual and unencumbered licence\u201d to provide, distribute, market, exploit, commercialize and otherwise take care of the cinematograph film presently titled Hera Pheri 3<\/em>. The corporate has stated that its rights extend across all modes, media, platforms, technologies and formats, whether currently known or developed in the longer term.<\/p>\n

Through the notice, Cape of Good Movies LLP has formally called upon all individuals and entities to acknowledge and respect its stated rights over the film. It has also cautioned members of the entertainment industry against moving into any arrangement, transaction, negotiation, representation or coping with a 3rd party claiming to own rights in or referring to Hera Pheri 3<\/em> without receiving prior written authorisation from the corporate.<\/p>\n

The notice further warns that any person acting contrary to those instructions would accomplish that entirely at their very own risk. Cape of Good Movies LLP has reserved all rights and remedies available to it under law and equity within the event its claimed interests are violated.<\/p>\n
