Following news that Jey Uso\u2019s divorce filing became public, attention has turned to his longtime partner, Takecia Fatu, who has largely remained out of the general public eye throughout the WWE star\u2019s profession.<\/p>\n
While Jey Uso is certainly one of WWE\u2019s most recognizable names and a key member of the legendary Anoa\u2019i wrestling family, little or no is publicly known about Takecia Fatu, whose maiden name is Takecia Travis. Unlike many spouses of high-profile wrestlers, she has maintained a personal life with no known public social media accounts and has rarely appeared in interviews or public events.<\/p>\n
Court documents revealed that Takecia filed for divorce after greater than a decade of marriage, citing that the connection was \u201cirretrievably broken.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> The filing states that the couple married on February 13, 2014, correcting the previously reported belief that that they had wed in January 2015.<\/p>\n Their relationship, nevertheless, stretches back much further. Jey and Takecia first met while attending Escambia High School in Pensacola, Florida, where the long run WWE star was also pursuing football. They began dating as freshmen and remained together for years before eventually marrying.<\/p>\n During their longtime relationship, the couple welcomed two sons, Jaciyah and Jeyce, and likewise shared three French Bulldogs.
