Ryan Seacrest<\/strong> bumped into a significant dilemma when it got here to Taylor Swift<\/strong> and Travis Kelce<\/strong>\u2019s wedding.<\/p>\n

On the Monday, July 6, episode of his syndicated radio show, On Air with Ryan Seacrest<\/em>, the American Idol<\/em> host revealed that he was indeed invited to attend the A-list wedding but needed to cancel after being booked to host Disney\u2019s coverage celebrating the 250th anniversary of America across its stable of networks, including ABC.<\/p>\n

\u201cTravis and Taylor got married. I had to maintain a secret from you,\u201d Seacrest, 51, told<\/a> his cohosts on Monday\u2019s radio broadcast. \u201cIt was a confidential invitation to everybody that was invited. So whenever you were doing all of your reports concerning the wedding, I used to be just on the within screaming, outside very composed.\u201d<\/p>\n

He explained, \u201cI RSVP\u2019d to go, after which Disney hired me to do the 4th of July 250 special on the third and the 4th, so I needed to cancel.\u201d<\/p>\n

Certainly one of Seacrest\u2019s cohosts called the situation a \u201cwaste of an invitation,\u201d while one other said he must have done each.<\/p>\n

\u201cI used to be actually really excited. I used to be sort of torn,\u201d Seacrest admitted.<\/p>\n

\u201cTrust me, I went through the minutes. I couldn\u2019t have done each,\u201d he continued. \u201cAnd the actual wedding was within the afternoon. But I used to be so honored and thrilled to be invited.\u201d<\/p>\n

Seacrest went on to disclose that he bumped into Swift and Kelce, each 36, after receiving his invitation and confirmed his attendance in person, making his eventual cancellation all of the more awkward.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou realize, the irony was, after I RSVP\u2019d to the marriage, I saw them at dinner at a restaurant and we talked concerning the event \u2014 \u2018cause we didn\u2019t say [wedding] out loud \u2014 and she or he was like, \u2018Oh, it\u2019s going to be a lot fun. We\u2019re gonna have the perfect time. It\u2019s gonna go late,\u2019\u201d he recalled. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018I cannot wait. I\u2019m so excited.\u2019 I met Travis for the primary time, actually. He was sitting within the booth next to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI RSVP\u2019d yes. I saw them a few weeks later to substantiate. Then I needed to cancel,\u201d Seacrest added. \u201cBut I had no alternative. It\u2019s a part of my job at Disney to do these items.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Seacrest wasn\u2019t among the many 1,000 who celebrated Swift and Kelce\u2019s union at Madison Square Garden in Recent York City on Friday, July 3, the couple had loads of star power at their wedding.<\/p>\n
