\u201cTo that end, (a) CSI has the American Airlines Center in Dallas \u2018on hold,\u2019 (b) Mike Tyson (\u2018Tyson\u2019) is willing and in a position to fight on that date, and (c) CSI will either (i) secure any required promoter\u2019s license, or (ii) retain a licensed promoter to advertise the Fight.\u201d<\/p>\n
