MIAMI GARDENS, Florida \u2014 Erling Haaland\u2019s day ended sooner than many expected. About quarter-hour later, Norway\u2019s run within the World Cup ended as well.<\/p>\n
The Vikings\u2019 biggest star didn\u2019t shine Saturday.<\/p>\n
Haaland was a non-factor for much of his team\u2019s quarterfinal against England and \u2014 at the very least partly due to the strain of coping with hot and humid conditions in South Florida \u2014 was taken out with Norway\u2019s hopes hanging within the balance going into the ultimate quarter-hour of beyond regular time.<\/p>\n
