While admitting that each actor dreams of headlining a big-screen film, the actor believes producers naturally select actors who can draw audiences to theatres. I mean, Bhool Chuk Maaf was a theatrical release, toh maine woh bhi kiya. But I understand the market forces as well. Koi bhi producer aapko lead role tabhi dega jab usse pata hoga ki yeh actor market se a certain variety of seats leke aa sakta hai. It doesn\u2019t must be, \u2018Iss actor ko kyun liya? Usko kyun nahi liya?\u2019 Jaise aajkal audience bolti hai, \u2018Arre, yeh toh sirf nepo kids ko hi lete hain.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n He continued, \u201cNevertheless it\u2019s not only that. It\u2019s really about market forces. Aap khud dekho na. Aaj koi bhi producer kisi actor ko theatrical release mein lead role tabhi dega jab usse lagega ki yeh actor ek certain section of the audience theatres tak leke aayega. Otherwise, it doesn\u2019t make business sense. And truthfully, it\u2019s fair as well. Agar market ko lagta hai ki mera chehra ya meri performance aisi hai jiske liye log paise dekar theatre mein aana chahenge, then yes, I’ll get that part. But, , it\u2019s all within the hands of the audience lately.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Concluding, he said, \u2018Aur haan, kis actor ka sapna nahi hota bade parde par aana? Sabne woh sapna dekha hai. But I consider I\u2019m very practical. I mean, there’ll come a time jab shayad major bhi audience ko theatres tak pull kar paunga, aur mujhe bhi woh mauka milega. If someone believes I can do this without delay, I\u2019m ready for it. But am I crying without delay because mujhe woh opportunity nahi mil rahi? No. Because I understand ki industry isi tarah kaam karti hai. I believe jin logon ko lead roles milte hain, unhe isliye milte hain kyunki woh audience lekar aate hain.
