Vicki Gunvalson<\/strong> is back on \u201cThe Real Housewives of Orange County\u201d for its twentieth season. Gunvalson continued to defend her comment that the Dubrows were living lavishly as a result of an inheritance, citing her own profession in financial planning. She said, \u201cIt[the money] is gonna go somewhere, and if it went to them, good for them, own it.\u201d<\/p>\n

After that, in speaking about her own \u201clegacy plan,\u201d Gunvalson stated that her children will inherit from what she leaves behind, as will her grandchildren. She said, \u201cThey shouldn’t be embarrassed because I worked really hard my whole life and whatever number they get, they get.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cRHOC\u201d star continued, \u201cI feel Heather should own it if that\u2019s the reality and if it\u2019s not the reality, I misspoke.\u201d Gunvalson then said of the couple, \u201cI like them. I respect them, but one way or the other it got brought up- that doesn\u2019t make sense. The numbers don\u2019t make sense.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gunvalson didn\u2019t say which of the Dubrows\u2019 homes she was referring to in her commentary. Nonetheless, in line with Yahoo Finance<\/a>, the couple sold a sprawling Beverly Hills mansion in 2025 for a reported $16.5 million. It sold in August after being listed in March. They bought the house for a reported $16.1 million two years before.<\/p>\n

Initially, the couple planned to have an asking price of around $40 million. Nonetheless, they then listed it for $25 million after their plans to renovate would have been too expensive. Then, in May, the worth dropped to below $20 million. <\/p>\n

The Bravo star added, \u201cSo, I just run my home in another way than so much; I don\u2019t overspend.\u201d In giving examples of her frugality, she stated that she doesn’t use Uber Black and that her only real splurging is with airline tickets when it is sensible to book top notch.<\/p>\n

Gunvalson then called herself \u201ca steward of cash.\u201d<\/p>\n
