Authorities claim the alleged plot targeted Quando Rondo and led to the 2022 shooting that killed his cousin, Saviay\u2019a Robinson, after gunfire erupted near a Los Angeles gas station. Prosecutors have maintained that Durk played a job in orchestrating the alleged retaliation, while his legal team has continued to disclaim the allegations and ward off against the federal government\u2019s case.<\/p>\n<p>The newest ruling is viewed as a procedural victory for Durk\u2019s defense, because it narrows the problems jurors will consider during next month\u2019s trial.
