Delta Air Lines said on Friday that it’s scheduled to launch a nonstop flight between Manila and Los Angeles next 12 months, making it the one United States carrier to supply nonstop service on the route.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe look ahead to welcoming customers within the Philippines onboard for Delta\u2019s nonstop service to the US,\u201d Delta Vice President for Asia Pacific Jeff Moomaw said in an announcement.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we proceed growing across the Asia Pacific region, Manila represents an exciting opportunity to introduce more travelers to Delta\u2019s premium experience while expanding access to our global network,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The brand new route, operated by Delta Air Lines\u2019 Airbus A350-900, offers 4 cabin classes: Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort, and Delta Essential. Passengers aboard may have access to onboard services, including free Wi-Fi for SkyMiles Members and seatback entertainment.<\/p>\n

Delta One cabin, the airline\u2019s premier business-class product, also offers flat-bed seating with sliding doors, elevated dining, and refined service. Meanwhile, Delta Premium Select has a wider seat option with deeper recline and enhanced amenities.<\/p>\n

Service will operate thrice weekly starting March 28 and March 30 from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), respectively, while each day flights begin on June 7.<\/p>\n

Because of the time difference, flights departing Manila at 7:40 A.M. will arrive in Los Angeles at 6:05 A.M. on the identical day, while return flights will depart Los Angeles at 11:50 P.M. and arrive in Manila at 5:30 A.M. two days after departure.<\/p>\n
