Kara Keough<\/strong> Bosworth<\/strong>, daughter of former \u201cReal Housewives of Orange County<\/strong>\u201c star Jeana Keough<\/strong>, recently shared that her mother had been diagnosed with tongue cancer. While doing so, the 37-year-old shared a GoFundMe link. Now, following the emotional revelation, Tamra Judge<\/strong> has offered her support ahead of Keough\u2019s appearance on the most recent season of \u201cRHOC.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following the revelation about Keough\u2019s cancer diagnosis, Judge took to her official social media channels, including X<\/a>, to supply her support. She did so by saying, \u201cWe love you, Momma Jeana. Keeping you in our prayers every step of the best way. If\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0in a position to support her.\u201d She then shared how others can assist her former \u2018RHOC\u201d costar, writing, \u201cHere\u2019s\u00a0the GoFundMe link: gofund.me\/4d69c67ca.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Judge added, \u201cEvery donation, irrespective of the dimensions, truly helps.\u201d Judge\u2019s support comes after she appeared on multiple seasons of \u201cThe Real Housewives of Orange County\u201d with Keough, including the third through fifth seasons, once they were each full-time forged members. <\/p>\n

Kara took to Instagram<\/a> in July 2026 to spotlight her mother amid her cancer diagnosis along with launching the GoFundMe. She began, \u201cShe is kind to everyone\u2014even to individuals who don’t have anything to supply her in return.\u00a0She is generous\u00a0to a\u00a0fault.\u00a0She gives people the advantage of the doubt, even once they\u2019ve proven, over and all over again, that they don\u2019t deserve her grace.\u201d<\/p>\n

From there, she went on to say that the 70-year-old\u2019s house is at all times welcome to everyone, noting, \u201cShe has a present for making people feel seen, included, and loved.\u201d <\/p>\n

Kara continued, \u201cBut that\u2019s Jeana. Everyone who knows her knows this:\u00a0she\u2019s\u00a0almost impossibly\u00a0optimistic within the face of terrifying things\u2014wildfires, cancer, uncertainty. Yet\u00a0one way or the other\u00a0she\u2019s\u00a0at all times been afraid of the best thing: being vulnerable enough to ask for help.\u00a0So\u00a0I\u2019m\u00a0asking\u00a0for her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Keough joined \u201cThe Real Housewives of Orange County\u201d in 2006 as one among the unique forged members. She continued appearing in that capability until season five, when she opted to depart the show after the third episode. Judge took to Instagram<\/a> in March 2024 to share a brand new photo alongside Keough. She captioned the photo, \u201cWe love\u00a0a blast\u00a0from the past! No red wine or cyst and deceased papers were thrown.\u201d <\/p>\n

The reunion got here after a 2015 interview wherein Judge expressed regret for throwing wine on Keough. She told Bravo\u2019s The Day by day Dish<\/a>, \u201cI still hear about it,\u00a0still\u00a0hear about it. And\u00a0there\u2019s\u00a0been a whole lot of other franchises which have done it since mine \u2014\u00a0I feel I\u00a0was the primary to try this, and I just cringe.\u201d <\/p>\n
