The actor recently reflected on the split during an appearance on Kelly Ripa<\/strong>\u2018s \u201cLet\u2019s Talk Off Camera\u201d podcast, admitting he was \u201ca terrible boyfriend\u201d while revealing he couldn\u2019t dispute Rancic\u2019s long-standing account of how their relationship got here to an end. His comments also offer a brand new perspective on a breakup that first made headlines again in 2015, when the entertainment journalist detailed the painful split in her memoir \u201cGoing Off Script.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although O\u2019Connell declined to discover the lady, Ripa speculated it might have been either former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell or O\u2019Connell\u2019s future wife, Rebecca Romijn.<\/p>\n
