Bayley returned to in-ring motion over the weekend.<\/p>\n

The previous WWE Women\u2019s Champion competed at a WWE live event in Stockton, California on Saturday night, taking up Sol Ruca and Lyra Valkyria in a Triple Threat match.<\/p>\n

Bayley\u2019s previous match got here at WWE Saturday Night\u2019s Essential Event, where she was defeated by Valkyria. Following the bout, Valkyria drove Bayley into the steel ring steps, and on the next episode of RAW, she claimed she had run the previous champion out of WWE.<\/p>\n

The post-match attack sparked speculation about Bayley\u2019s status, particularly with reports that her WWE contract is ready to run out later this yr. Many fans believed the angle was designed to put in writing her off television, but her appearance on the Stockton live event indicates she stays lively.\u00a0After all, Bayley still has several months left on her current WWE contract so this shouldn\u2019t come as a surprise. To be blunt \u2013 there\u2019s no word on if she\u2019s even leaving or if contract negotiations have begun at this point.<\/p>\n

Speaking of Bayley, she has officially reached a significant milestone in her WWE profession, celebrating 10 years as a member of the corporate\u2019s predominant roster.<\/p>\n

The previous Women\u2019s Champion first signed with WWE in 2012 and commenced competing in NXT, where she became one among the brand\u2019s defining stars. After several standout years within the developmental system, Bayley made her predominant roster debut at WWE Battleground on July 24, 2016. Teaming with Sasha Banks, she defeated Charlotte Flair and Dana Brooke in her first match on WWE\u2019s flagship roster.<\/p>\n

Although her Battleground appearance marked her official predominant roster debut, Bayley briefly returned to NXT to complete her run with the brand. Her final NXT match got here against Asuka for the NXT Women\u2019s Championship at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn II. Following that loss, she officially joined Monday Night RAW just two days afterward August 22, 2016.<\/p>\n
