With lower than three weeks to go for its release, the promotions of Batwara 1947<\/em> will probably be taken to the following level this week, because the trailer of the much-awaited film will finally be unveiled in just a few days. A source told Bollywood Hungama<\/strong>, \u201cOn Tuesday, July 28, the trailer of Batwara 1947<\/em> will probably be unveiled in the enduring single-screen cinema, Raj Mandir in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Fans and native media will probably be invited to catch the trailer and likewise catch a glimpse of Sunny Deol and Rajkumar Santoshi.\u201d<\/p>\n

The source added, \u201cRaj Mandir serves as the proper venue for such events in Rajasthan. It has hosted several launches previously, so the management has experience handling fans and stars. Furthermore, the single-screen is one-of-a-kind within the country by way of ambience, screen and sound quality, etc. Also, it\u2019s a theatre near Sunny Deol\u2019s heart. He promoted the re-release of his cult classic, Gadar \u2013 Ek Prem Katha<\/em> (2001), as a part of promotions of Gadar 2<\/em> (2023) and the response was extraordinary. He then returned to Raj Mandir to advertise Jaat<\/em> (2025) as well. Each movies were successful and, in a way, promotional events at Raj Mandir have proved to be a lucky charm for the actor.\u201d<\/p>\n

The source then said, \u201cThe subsequent day, July 29, an analogous event will probably be held for media and fans in Mumbai.\u201d Batwara 1947<\/em> is produced by superstar Aamir Khan, and he\u2019s also expected to be present at each the events.<\/p>\n

Besides Sunny Deol, Batwara 1947<\/em> also stars Shabana Azmi, Preity Zinta, Ali Fazal and Karan Deol. The film is very awaited because it reunites Sunny Deol and Rajkumar Santoshi and furthermore, it’s produced by Aamir Khan.<\/p>\n

Batwara 1947<\/em> is predicated on the play, \u2018Jis Lahore Nai Dekhya\u2019, by Syed Asghar Wajahat. The Partition-era story revolves around a Muslim family which migrates from Lucknow to Lahore and is allotted a haveli vacated by a Hindu family. The old Hindu matriarch refuses to go away her ancestral home and he or she also strikes a rare bond with the Muslim immigrants.<\/p>\n
