Kristian Prenga has broken his silence after almost springing a monumental upset on Saturday night.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Albanian heavyweight was presupposed to be a tune-up fight for former two-time world champion Anthony Joshua, who has signed to box Tyson Fury later this 12 months.<\/p>\n

Kristian Prenga reacts to his fight with Anthony Joshua <\/h2>\n

Anthony Joshua rallied within the second round to viciously KO Kristian Prenga and save his boxing profession.<\/p>\n

As talk turned to the most important fight in British boxing history, Prenga was left interested by what might have been.<\/p>\n

\u201cSharing the ring with a champion like Anthony Joshua was a crucial experience,\u201d the 20-2 knockout artist wrote on Instagram<\/a> on Sunday.<\/p>\n

\u201cMaximum respect to him and for the victory. Round one showed me that we are able to compete with the perfect, but at this level, a single second changes your fate. \u2018Defeat forces you to look within the mirror and learn what victory hides.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cThis fight doesn\u2019t break me. I’ll use this experience to come back back much stronger. <\/p>\n

Anthony Joshua gives credit to Kristian Prenga<\/h2>\n

Anthony Joshua\u2019s unconvincing comeback win was dissected by fans and pundits post-fight.<\/p>\n

Many believed he returned too soon after the automotive crash that injured him and killed two of his friends in December. <\/p>\n

Others suggested the 36-year-old\u2019s punch resistance had gone after he was dropped twice by Kristian Prenga, whose 20 skilled wins have all come by knockout.<\/p>\n

The person himself gave credit to his opponent when asked to clarify what happened on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not going to bring personal, I don\u2019t bring my personal life into this, but perhaps it does have a affect your subconscious,\u201d Joshua told talkSPORT<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut no, I try to separate the 2 of them, to be honest. But let\u2019s not say the the reason why it was a troublesome fight was because of non-public reasons.<\/p>\n

\u201cPrenga is a very good fighter. He got here and showed what he\u2019s about. So I believe Eddie [Hearn\u2019s] gonna give him a contract and take a look at and sign him now.<\/p>\n
