MANILA, Philippines\u2013TNT is bringing back Rahlir Hollis-Jefferson to exchange the anemic Darius Days as its import for the 2026 PBA Governors\u2019 Cup.<\/p>\n

Team manager Jojo Lastimosa confirmed the change following the Tropang 5G\u2019s thrilling 110-107 comeback win over the Converge FiberXers, because the older brother of resident import Rondae Hollis-Jefferson will make his second stint.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s already on the town,\u201d Lastimosa said.<\/p>\n

The 35-year-old is more likely to suit up on Saturday when TNT takes on San Miguel Beer at Mall of Asia Arena to wrap up the primary round.<\/p>\n

Rahlir previously played for the Tropang 5G in the course of the 2023-24 Commissioner\u2019s Cup as a substitute for the injured Rondae late within the eliminations.<\/p>\n

The Tropang 5G are replacing Days after failing to live as much as the expectations of coach Chot Reyes during his four-game stint. He only had 10 points on 4-of-19 shooting against Converge.<\/p>\n

\u201cDarius will not be the Darius Days that we had a few years ago,\u201d said Reyes, who had Days as its initial import for the 2024 Governors\u2019 Cup before Rondae became available for the beginning of that conference.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s completely chubby, off form and I believe it shows in the sport and it affects the play of our locals,\u201d Reyes added.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
