President Donald Trump has declared the US goes to \u2018beat the f***ing s***\u2019 out of Iran because the war shows no sign of slowing down.<\/p>\n

The threat was issued on Wednesday morning on Fox News after a missile strike on American forces in Jordan overnight.<\/p>\n

Tension has continued with disputes over the\u00a0Strait of Hormuz ongoing for several months, and talks stalled over the vital waterway, by which multiple cargo ships have been attacked by Iran.<\/p>\n

Trump added: \u2018We\u2019ll be hitting them hard. They\u2019re going to get a beating.\u2019<\/p>\n

The US Central Command claimed all five Iranian missiles were successfully intercepted in the course of the \u2018surprise attack\u2019.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not believed there have been any casualties or damage to Muwaffaq Salti Air Base which serves because the US Central Command in Jordan.<\/p>\n

\u2018U.S. forces remain vigilant and at a high state of readiness,\u2019 the official X page posted, confirming the attack at 5.45pm ET.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Trump told Iran to \u2018behave\u2019 and warned that more US strikes would cripple the country, targeting bridges and power plants unless they back down.<\/p>\n

It comes after Iran reportedly encouraged supporters of the Islamic regime to assassinate the President\u2019s wife and son, titled \u2018Find out how to Kill\u00a0Melania Trump\u2019.<\/p>\n

Despite this recent attack, Trump did say the peace talks will proceed and the US are \u2018going to allow them to keep talking\u2019.<\/p>\n
