A lipreader has revealed what she claims Volodymyr Zelensky told Benjamin Netanyahu during a tense exchange in Washington.<\/p>\n

The Ukrainian President and the Israeli Prime Minister were filmed having a passionate chat on the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham last night.<\/p>\n

The world leaders were at Washington National Cathedral to honour the influential Republican, who was a significant supporter of each their countries.<\/p>\n

Nonetheless, Nicola Hickling, an authority in lipreading, has claimed the pair weren’t seeing eye to eye.<\/p>\n

The Ukrainian leader may be seen saying: \u2018We’ve got conditions, they\u2019ve not met them.<\/p>\n

\u2018We must get them to agree.\u2019<\/p>\n

After Netanyahu responds, Zelensky says: \u2018That\u2019s incorrect.\u2019<\/p>\n

The Israeli leader continues speaking because the pair are joined by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and US Secretary for Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin.<\/p>\n

Zelensky then says: \u2018We wish it this fashion too. Let\u2019s comply with disagree.\u2019<\/p>\n

He then nods and adds: \u2018Good.\u2019<\/p>\n

The pair shake hands and smile at one another, before turning away to talk to other guests on the funeral.<\/p>\n

The gathering was an eventful one as world leaders and US politicians paid tribute to Graham, who died of an \u201caortic dissection\u201d\u00a0\u2013 a tear in the guts\u2019s fundamental artery.<\/p>\n

In a single viral moment, President Donald Trump pulled out a box of Tic Tacs and offered them to JD Vance.<\/p>\n

The cameras also caught the US leader appearing to struggle to maintain his eyes open.<\/p>\n

He seemed on the verge of nodding off as he sat on the front of the packed cathedral.<\/p>\n

In his eulogy to the Republican Senator, Trump also recalled leaking Graham\u2019s phone number.<\/p>\n

The pair became allies but were locked in a bitter feud in the summertime of 2015, when Graham called Trump a \u2018jacka**\u2019.<\/p>\n

Trump then read out Graham\u2019s phone number on stage for the world\u2019s media.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the moment last night, Trump said: \u2018So naturally, I did something that I shouldn\u2019t have done. I shared his personal mobile phone number with the thousands and thousands of those who happened to be watching that specific day as I made a speech.<\/p>\n

\u2018And I remember the number: 202-228-0292, if anybody wants to present it a shot. His phone exploded.<\/p>\n

\u2018However it was Lindsey who had the last laugh, because while I blew up his phone for sooner or later, we became great friends, and Lindsey didn’t stop calling me for the subsequent 10 years. It was tough.\u2019<\/p>\n
