On whether he thought he wouldn’t make it to WWE: “Never doubt about me, about my talent, about my energy, about my passion for this sport. Yeah, I feel that is the perfect form for me to be here.”
On comparisons to Rey Mysterio: “Bro, I actually have the perfect answer for that. He’s the true [one]. I don’t need to be the subsequent Rey Mysterio. I need to be the primary Penta El Zero Miedo in WWE because Rey Mysterio have my respect. Rey Mysterio is the legend. Rey Mysterio is my role model, brother. I don’t need to be like this, you realize. I need to be the primary Penta because my style could be very different. My style within the ring is different, like very Mysterio. Rey Mysterio inspired me, after all, but I don’t need to [be the] same [like] this.”
