OnlyFans creator Lily Phillips is pregnant together with her first baby.
“The key is out💗💙,” Phillips, 23, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, February 18. “Baby Phillips 2025.”
Alongside her announcement, Phillips uploaded a photograph together with her growing baby bump on display. The influencer cradled her belly in a beige one-piece. In a second image, she posted a pic of a pair of positive pregnancy tests.
Phillips has not publicly revealed the child’s sex, her due date or father’s identity.

Phillips is thought for her OnlyFans content, including a series where she’s slept with 1,000 men in a single day.
“I would like to be the primary person to be with 1,000 guys in in the future,” she told The Each day Mail in December 2024. “I’m quite excited. Obviously, it’s stressful with all of the logistics and things, however it’s not daunting.”
She previously slept with 100 men in a single day.
“It’s not for the weak. If I’m honest, it was hard,” Phillips said in a 2024 YouTube documentary. “I don’t know if I’d recommend it. Only one in and one out, it feels intense. I’d should stop them early and also you’d should stand on business [and say,] ‘I’m so sorry you bought to go’ and the awkward interaction of you feeling pressure to [satisfy them].”

Phillips, who prides herself on being sex-positive, has previously been candid about in the future becoming a parent.
“I might want children, but definitely later down the road,” she said on “The Shizzio Show” podcast last month. “I do know with that comes loads of backlash. I understand that. … I feel after I began doing [OnlyFans], I didn’t want kids on the time, and so, it wasn’t an issue to me ‘cause I believed through all this.”
She added, “I knew if I began this I wouldn’t have the opportunity to get a standard job and it might affect my family’s life and my kids’ life and stuff like that. I feel over the past 12 months or two, I’ve began to get a bit bit more broody and wish kids.”
Phillips further stressed that she’s not fearful about her future children learning about her OnlyFans profession.
“The thing is you possibly can’t live for a future that hasn’t even happened yet,” she said throughout the January podcast episode. “You don’t know what’s going to occur in the longer term, so I’m not going to place my unborn child before my very own needs. I do get that my very own kids will likely be scrutinized a lot and … I’d wish to think I’d do as much to guard my kids as possible.”
