Odell Beckham Jr. Slams Allegations Against Him In Diddy Lawsuit

NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. has released an official statement in response to sexual abuse allegations made against him in an amended lawsuit against embattled rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.

In an amendment to a lawsuit initially filed in October 2024, plaintiff Ashley Parham accused Beckham Jr and content creator Druski, real name Drew Desbordes, of being amongst multiple individuals who assaulted her.

Druski quickly responded to the lawsuit, expressing his disappointment and calling the allegation “a fabricated lie.” Diddy’s legal team also released an announcement denying the claims.

On Monday, Beckham Jr. released an announcement on social media reacting to the amended lawsuit that claims he was amongst those that sexually assaulted Parham.

“I actually have been informed of the allegations about me in a suit in CA,” Beckham Jr. began. “I actually cannot even consider that my name is mentioned in that matter.”

The wide receiver said, “There is totally no truth to those allegations. I have no idea and have never met the person who filed the suit.”

Beckham Jr. continued, “I used to be not anywhere near Orinda, CA, at the moment. In actual fact, I do not think I actually have ever been to Orinda, CA.”

He concluded, “I actually have never done anything like that, and I’d never do anything like that to anyone. I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will likely be dismissed.”

This isn’t Beckham Jr.’s first response to the sexual assault allegations made against him within the amended lawsuit against Diddy.

He said, “This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I used to be broke living with my mom with none connections to the entertainment industry on the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is really outlandish.”

Druski also said, “My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who’re maliciously attempting to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”

Beckham Jr. commented on Druski’s statement, writing, “Boy I’ll inform you what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I’m covered by God. He’ll prevail. He’ll prevail. I (know) who am I, I (know) who (you) are, keep (your) head. That name will likely be cleared. Sh-t’s silly.”

In January, Diddy filed a defamation lawsuit against Ariel Mitchell, the attorney representing Parham.

Following the amended lawsuit, the music producer’s legal team released an announcement expressing disgust.

They said, “This recent grievance – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday.”

The statement continued, “Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a radical investigation.”

Diddy’s legal team added, “In an try and salvage her claims following the investigation debunking them, Ms. Parham has now invented a good wilder narrative, alleging an enormous (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry players.”

The “Last Night” crooner’s legal team also said Parham’s “far-fetched tale comprises all of it: fake cops, money bribes, and an alleged victim of the late Michael Jackson who was purportedly kidnapped across state lines and compelled to “sign paperwork at gun point” while shepherded through an internet of “protected houses.”

They added, “No sane person reading this grievance could credit this story.

The statement concluded, “Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those that told them – will likely be revealed.”

News of Parham’s amended lawsuit and claims sparked social media debates, with some questioning its authenticity.

While some discussed Druski and Beckham Jr.’s involvement, others identified that the lawsuit gave the impression to be an official government document.

X account MLFootball reported Beckham Jr.’s mention within the lawsuit, stating, “The quote and accusations from above are from a document that was obtained from publicly available sources and appears to be an official government record.”

They added, “The local court and attorneys involved haven’t yet confirmed its full authenticity and details.”

Meanwhile, Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jimmy Lee confirmed, “A report was taken on March 23, 2018. We take these cases seriously, and detectives thoroughly investigated the accusations. It was later determined the claims were unfounded.”
