Manchester United have reduced their price tag for Rasmus Hojlund ahead of the summer transfer window, in keeping with reports.
The Denmark international striker has massively struggled at Old Trafford this season, scoring just three Premier League goals across 28 games.
It was reported in March that United wanted £50m to sell Hojlund at the top of the season but it surely appears they’ve significantly slashed his price.
United would now be willing to dump the underperforming 22-year-old for just £30m, The Guardian have reported.
The Red Devils signed Hojlund lower than two years ago from Italian club Atalanta in a deal value £72m.

Hojlund is under contract with United until the summer of 2028 with the choice to increase for an additional 12 months.
Speaking after United lost 1-0 at home to Wolves of their last match, head coach Ruben Amorim insisted Hojlund was not solely accountable for the club’s goalscoring problems.

‘I believe should you have a look at the games now we have several players that miss big possibilities, not only Rasmus,’ Amorim said.
‘After all, Rasmus, the sport is to attain goals because he’s a striker, but it surely’s a team thing.
‘I already said that. Our team should rating more goals, it’s not only Rasmus missing possibilities.’

Amorim then hinted he’ll proceed picking Hojlund when quizzed if he needed to be taken out of the XI to recuperate mentally from his poor form.
‘The one way I do know is to work on him and show him the videos,’ Amorim added.
‘Such as you said he needs to attain a goal and he won’t rating if he’s out [of the team] so I try to administer that in games. He needs to attain, that’s all, like a striker needs.’
United have been strongly linked with a move for Wolves forward Matheus Cunha but must raise funds from player sales to be able to sign him.
It seems Hojlund is considered one of the players who might be sold, if United manage to seek out a buyer in the summertime transfer window.
Italian journalist Matteo Moretto reported this month that Juventus were all for signing Hojlund from United.
Fellow Serie A side Napoli are also regarded as all for a possible deal for the Dane.
Juventus seem like leading the race at this moment in time, though, having reportedly opened preliminary talks over a possible move.
