Tech giant Google LLC has introduced five latest updates to its AI (artificial intelligence)-powered search features to assist users higher find reliable sources, original content, and relevant web sites across the online.
In a press release released Friday, Google said that amid the rapid advancement of AI, the corporate is constantly upgrading its generative AI Search features, corresponding to AI Mode and AI Overviews, to assist users connect more easily with authentic voices and explore useful information across the online.
“Google is continuous to enhance the way it shows links in its AI Search features and developing latest ways to assist users find the sources, brands, and web sites they value,” the corporate said.
Among the many five latest updates to its AI Search is a feature that implies related articles and in-depth analyses at the tip of AI-generated responses to assist users further explore a subject.
Google also introduced a feature that highlights links from users’ news subscriptions in AI Mode and AI Overviews, allowing easier access to trusted and subscribed sources.
One other update includes previews of discussions from social media platforms, public forums, and other firsthand sources to assist users access practical advice and experiences shared by other people. Google said these previews may include additional context corresponding to a creator’s name, handle, or online community to assist users resolve which discussions they need to explore further.
The corporate also said that a brand new update allows users to see more links directly inside AI-generated responses, making it easier to right away access relevant web sites while reading Search summaries.
Google likewise introduced a web site preview feature on desktop that shows information corresponding to a webpage title or website name when users hover over inline links before clicking them.
