VISTA LAND & Lifescapes, Inc. said its business property arm has began construction of a Dunkin’ outlet inside its Georgia by Vista Estates development in Pavia, Iloilo, because it expands business offerings across its master-planned communities.
Vista Business Assets recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the shop, which will likely be positioned inside the 500-hectare Georgia by Vista Estates project.
“Dunkin’ Iloilo has built a powerful local recall through accessible assortments, dependable delivery service, and its well-loved identity because the ‘Pasalubong ng Bayan,’” Vista Land said in an announcement posted on its website on Thursday.
The corporate said the outlet would feature a drive-through format aimed toward serving residents and motorists while adding business activity inside the estate.
The project forms a part of Vista Business Assets’ technique to develop business spaces inside residential communities through the sale and lease of economic lots and properties.
The corporate said its business developments are designed to accommodate a combination of companies, including educational facilities, wellness providers, pet care services, laundromats and other neighborhood-oriented establishments.
Vista Business Assets also develops sites for larger projects reminiscent of community malls, office buildings, hospitals and sports facilities.
Georgia by Vista Estates is certainly one of Vista Land’s township developments in Western Visayas.
