PONTEFINO Group of Firms has partnered with Canada-based artificial intelligence (AI) platform Agentiiv to deploy AI tools across its operations, becoming what it said is the primary Philippine property developer to integrate the technology throughout its enterprise functions.
“We were deliberate about where we began, the partner we selected and what we wanted this to deliver for our people and our clients,” PonteFino President and Chief Executive Officer Ramon Ricardo V. Gutierrez said in a press release on Thursday.
The partnership will see Agentiiv AI integrated into sales, leasing, property management, human resources and customer engagement functions. The platform uses autonomous agents to perform operational workflows across the organization.
PonteFino said the initiative goes beyond common real estate applications similar to chatbots, smart-home systems and automatic customer relationship management tools.
Agentiiv Chief Executive Officer Karla Congson said firms derive greater value from AI when it’s integrated into core business processes.
“The companies that get probably the most from AI are people who treat it as a real extension of their team, not only a shortcut,” Ms. Congson said.
The corporate said the partnership was recognized by the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service as a milestone in Philippine-Canadian technology cooperation.
“It underscores how Canada-Philippines people-to-people ties underpin industrial success and reinforce the case for deeper bilateral trade and investment,” said Janine Fiddler, senior trade commissioner on the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service.
PonteFino develops townships, industrial properties, office developments and Philippine Economic Zone Authority-registered business parks. Its portfolio includes PonteFino Estates and The Forum IT Business Park.
