The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is anticipated to release its report on the Titan submersible disaster three years after the catastrophic implosion in June 2023, which claimed the lives of 5 individuals who were diving to go to the wreck of the Titanic.
The report is anticipated to incorporate an inventory of six recommendations to “eliminate or reduce safety deficiencies that pose significant risks to the transportation system and require motion by regulators and the industry,” based on a release from the agency.

The TSB says the report is predicated by itself engineering evaluation of the materials and components that were recovered from the wreck, combined with other data from the investigation.
On June 18, 2023, the submersible went missing within the northern Atlantic Ocean during an underwater expedition to view the positioning of the Titanic shipwreck.
Those on board included a billionaire adventurer, a wealthy businessman and his son, and OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush.
