Cowboys To Sign DE Charles Snowden

The Raiders gave Charles Snowden an ERFA tender in March but ended up cutting him in May. Clearing waivers at the moment, Snowden spent over a month in free agency.

That stay will come to an end, with veteran insider Jordan Schultz noting the Cowboys have an agreement in place with the sting rusher. A former UDFA, Snowden combined for 18 starts as a Raider over the past two seasons.

Las Vegas prolonged a young to Snowden when a trade agreement involving Maxx Crosby was close. With the Ravens backing out of the deal not long after, the Raiders suddenly carried a crowded EDGE corps. The team signed Kwity Paye and brought back Malcolm Koonce. The team ended up trading Tyree Wilson to the Saints in the course of the draft and using a third-round pick on Keyron Crawford. Days after the draft, the club waived Snowden.

More to come back.
