Nehal Chudasma Comes In Support Of Pranit More Amid Rs 370 Biryani Row
When asked about her Bigg Boss 19 participant, Pranit More’s Rs 370 Biryani row, Nehal Chudasma stated, “I feel I even have been very vocal about it, and I feel like yes, what the opposite guy, Himanshu, said was absolutely incorrect. And I even have at all times stood against such things. Pranit encouraging him was also incorrect, and never stopping him was absolutely incorrect. But I feel like he has been punished enough on social media with all of the hatred that he’s going through. I feel like simply because yeh ek trending topic hai, isliye kaafi saare log us par, you already know, behati Ganga mein haath dho rahe hain. And I feel it’s unfair.”
She continued, “The thing is, Pranit apologised for his mistake. He realised that what he had done was incorrect. I even have an issue with people not realising and never taking accountability for what they do incorrect. But Pranit has, and I feel like he doesn’t deserve the quantity of hatred that he’s getting on social media. There ought to be a stop. Yes, the FIR, the hatred, and the negativity that he faced were punishment for the error that he made. But because he apologised, because he realised, because he self-reflected and took accountability, I feel we should always put an end to it now.”
Concluding, the truth TV star said, “And yeah, that’s it. That’s what I even have to say about it. I mean, we’re all humans, and all of us are inclined to make mistakes. And I appreciate those who realise their mistakes and take accountability.”
About Rs 370 Biryani Controversy
Throughout the show, Himanshu Jangra shared that he went on a date where he paid Rs 370 for a plate of chicken biryani, joking that he deserved a ‘return’ on his investment. He recounted that after eating, the lady asked to be dropped off at home, and he joked about wanting something in return, suggesting they go to a park for further interaction. Jangra’s comments and the accompanying behaviour drew sharp criticism.
Following the uproar, Pranit uploaded an in depth video addressing the situation, expressing regret and admitting he must have intervened when the problematic remark was made. The controversy led to the Maharashtra Cyber Police registering an FIR against each Pranit and Himanshu for obscene and derogatory remarks. Moreover, the National Commission for Women (NCW) summoned them to handle the difficulty.
