Vijayendra Kumeria On Shooting For More Than 12 Hours/Day
Through the interaction, Vijayendra Kumeria stated that while acting may look glamorous from the skin, the fact could be very different, especially for television actors who work under constant pressure. He revealed, “People often think acting is all glamour, but television is a special ball game. Once you’re playing the lead, you might be shooting for greater than 12 hours almost daily. There are deadlines, scenes should be accomplished, and sometimes stressful situations also come up on the set. All of this could affect you.”
He added that this is strictly why mental health can’t be ignored. He said, “You may have to maintain your sanity in place. Mental health could be very essential. You may have to maintain yourself and be certain that stress doesn’t take over your life. I feel it’s essential to remain calm, be peaceful and never react to all the things. I wish to joke around, have a good time on the set and luxuriate in my work. That helps rather a lot.”
Vijayendra: Taking Too Much Work Stress Can Damage Your Health

I also imagine that if you happen to’re good to people, they’re good to you. That creates a positive work environment, and it makes an enormous difference.”
Having worked constantly in television for several years, Vijayendra believes taking care of mental health will not be a selection but a necessity. He said, “I’ve been doing back-to-back shows for years. If I don’t maintain my mental health now, it’s going to develop into very difficult in the long term.
