ARTHALAND CORP. is betting on a recovery within the premium residential market because it launched Sondris, a luxury condominium development in Makati in partnership with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia), extending a collaboration that has spanned greater than a decade.
The project combines Arthaland’s give attention to sustainable development with the Japanese property firm’s expertise in efficient urban design and mixed-use developments.
“It was very clear that our goal really is to deliver high-quality development, something that will redefine the residential living or premium living here in a well-connected district like Makati,” Arthaland Marketing Group Head Pamela S. Go said during a media briefing on Tuesday.
Sondris is designed to supply what the corporate described as a “quiet balance of home” despite its location in Makati’s central business district. The event will feature one- and two-bedroom units that incorporate Japanese-inspired space efficiency and design.
The project marks the newest undertaking between Arthaland and Mitsui Fudosan (Asia), whose partnership spans greater than 10 years.
Ms. Go said the corporate is optimistic about prospects for the high-end residential market as economic conditions improve following the pandemic and up to date global uncertainties.

The collaboration brings together Arthaland, which describes itself because the only Philippine property developer with a completely certified green portfolio, and Mitsui Fudosan’s experience in integrating residential, industrial, retail, and lifestyle components into urban developments.
