Milo Ventimiglia and his wife, Jarah Mariano, are officially parents of two babies under the age of two.
“These last couple of weeks have been chaos, but in the most effective possible way,” Mariano, 42, wrote via Instagram on Monday, July 6. “Welcome back home Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia. Can’t wait for all the adventures ahead with our family of 5!”
The model shared a black-and-white photo of her family holding hands, in addition to a snap of herself and Ventimiglia, 48, holding their children.
Us Weekly confirmed in January that Ventimiglia and Mariano — who quietly tied the knot in 2023 — were expecting their second baby after she debuted her bump in a 1st birthday tribute to daughter Ke’ala.
“Blissful 1 yr, baby girl. While you got here into my life I had two distinct thoughts, one immediately after the opposite — I’d die for you in a heartbeat, but now I also need to live so long as I possibly can to be around to make certain you’re protected,” Mariano wrote via Instagram on the time. “That is essentially the most unique love I’ve ever experienced, just as unique of a soul you’re.”
She added, “In a world with a lot fear and hatred, I do know that you’re going to bring your radiating light all over the place you go to make it a greater and brighter place for those around you. I like you Ke’ala Coral, perpetually.”
Within the accompanying photo, Mariano held her daughter above her while standing within the ocean in a bikini, which showed off her pregnant belly.
The next month, Ventimiglia broke his silence on his and Mariano’s impending arrival, joking during a February appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that the couple “have to be crazy” to have two babies back to back.

“Got an attractive daughter. She’s wonderful. What day is it?” he quipped while revealing how he was adjusting to first-time fatherhood. “Thursday, wonderful. It’s the identical as Wednesday or Tuesday, yeah. They’re all the identical. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.”
Ventimiglia noted that Ke’ala was sleeper, but he and Mariano couldn’t help but fret over her anyway.
“She’s actually doing great. She’s sleeping through the night. She likes to get up at 5:40 within the morning and check with herself, kinda jabber on and whatnot. My wife and I are lying in bed like, ‘Does she have her [pacifier]?’ ‘I don’t know. I can’t tell from the monitor.’ ‘Did she poop herself?’ ‘I don’t know. I can’t tell from the monitor,’” he explained. “And then you definately’re type of like, after a certain time period, you already know this. You walk in there, you’re like, well, she didn’t poop herself, and he or she’s got her [pacifier], so the world’s good.”
While Ventimiglia had high expectations for himself as a dad, he admitted to modifying his standards a bit after an amazing yr that included losing his home to the January 2025 California wildfires just weeks before Ke’ala was born.
“Listen, my wife is essentially the most unbelievable — Jarah, when you’re watching, you’re essentially the most unbelievable human being, creature, species of all the pieces. She handles all the pieces great. But, you already know, I mean, while you’re a primary parent too, you type of think you’re going to be this wonder parent,” he explained. “I used to be striving to. I’m like, ‘Cool, man. I’m going to be the healthiest. We’re going to feed this baby organic. We’re going to purchase blenders, do all these items. We’re going to go argue with some dude named Kale about blueberries on the farmers’ market.’ Then, after some time, you’re like, ‘Oh, man, we had quite a yr.’”
Ventimiglia also acknowledged his fears about becoming a father of two.
“You saw me hard swallow, right? I hard-swallowed,” he said. “Now I understand it’s coming. But at a certain point, don’t they begin to entertain one another?”
