The UFC’s return to St. Louis after greater than six years went down Saturday at Enterprise Center, with UFC on ESPN 56 providing mixed results when it comes to entertainment with seven decisions and five finishes.
Certainly one of those stoppages got here within the primary event, where Derrick Lewis (28-12 MMA, 19-10 UFC) showed once more why he’s UFC’s all-time knockout record holder by stopping Rodrigo Nascimento (11-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC) within the third round of their heavyweight headliner.

Nursulton Ruziboev (34-9-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC) was unsuccessful in his UFC welterweight debut.
Ruziboev had his 10-fight first-round stoppage streak snapped for his first defeat since December 2019.
Ruziboev has suffered seven of his nine profession losses by decision.
Carlos Ulberg def. Alonzo Menifield
Ulberg’s (9-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) six-fight UFC winning streak at light heavyweight is the longest lively streak within the division.
Ulberg has earned seven of his nine profession victories by stoppage.
Ulberg’s five-fight UFC stoppage streak is tied with Joanderson Brito for the second-longest amongst lively fighters in the corporate behind Shavkat Rakhmonov (six).
Alonzo Menifield (15-4-1 MMA, 8-4-1 UFC) has suffered each of his profession stoppage losses by knockout.
Diego Ferreira def. Mateusz Rebecki
Ferreira (19-5 MMA, 10-5 UFC) has earned seven of his 10 UFC victories by stoppage.
Mateusz Rebecki (19-2 MMA, 3-1 UFC) had his 16-fight winning streak snapped for his first defeat since September 2014.
Rebecki has suffered each of his profession losses by knockout.
Rebecki has landed no less than one takedown in all five of his UFC/DWCS fights.
Sean Woodson def. Alex Caceres
Sean Woodson’s (12-1-1 MMA, 6-1-1 UFC) seven-fight UFC unbeaten streak at featherweight is tied with Movsar Evloev for the longest lively streak within the division.
Woodson has earned five of his six UFC victories by decision.
Alex Caceres (21-15 MMA, 16-13 UFC) fell to 11-7 since he returned to the UFC featherweight division in January 2015.
Caceres became the twelfth fighter in UFC history to achieve six hours of cage time.
Waldo Cortes-Acosta def. Robelis Despaigne
Waldo Cortes-Acosta’s (12-1 MMA, 5-1 UFC) three-fight UFC winning streak at heavyweight is tied for the longest lively streak within the division.
Cortes-Acosta has earned 4 of his five UFC victories by decision.
Robelis Despaigne (5-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) had his five-fight winning streak snapped for the primary defeat of his profession.
Chase Hooper def. Viacheslav Borshchev
Chase Hooper (14-3-1 MMA, 6-3 UFC) improved to 3-0 since he moved as much as the lightweight division in May 2023.
Hooper has earned 11 of his 14 profession victories by stoppage. That features five of his six UFC wins.
Hooper landed the primary knockdown of his UFC profession.
Viacheslav Borshchev (7-4-1 MMA, 2-3-1 UFC) suffered the primary stoppage lack of his profession with a submission defeat.
Esteban Ribovics def. Terrance McKinney
Esteban Ribovics (13-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) has earned 12 of his 13 profession victories by stoppage.
Terrance McKinney (15-7 MMA, 5-4 UFC) fell to 3-4 in his past seven fights dating back to March 2022.
McKinney has suffered all seven of his profession losses by stoppage.

Tabatha Ricci (10-2 MMA, 5-2 UFC) has earned 4 of her five UFC victories by decision.
Tecia Pennington (13-7 MMA, 9-7 UFC) has suffered all seven of her profession losses by decision.

Waters (9-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC) has earned each of his UFC victories by decision.

Veronica Hardy def. JJ Aldrich
Veronica Hardy (9-4-1 MMA, 4-4 UFC) improved to 4-2 since she dropped to the UFC women’s flyweight division in May 2018.
Hardy has earned six of her nine profession victories by decision.
