Jaron Ennis and Jesse Rodriguez will likely be under the highlight tonight survive DAZN, hoping to shine of their respective fights on the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Ennis (32-0, 29 KOs) defends his IBF welterweight title in a rematch against his mandatory challenger Karen Chukhadzhian (24-2, 13 KOs) within the headliner.

– Within the co-feature, WBC super flyweight champion Jesse ‘Bam’ Rodriguez (21-0, 14 KOs) destroyed the older, smaller and weaker Pedro Guevara (42-5-1, 22 KOs) within the third round. ‘Bam’ Rodriguez dropped the 35-year-old Guevara twice within the third round. Referee Ricky Gonzalez halted the fight after the second knockdown. The time of the stoppage was at 2:40 of round three.
“I sort of knew it was going to occur that way. I actually thought he was going to fight loads more,” said Bam Rodriguez after his win over Guevara. “I feel good on this weight class. I even have a few more fights after which move to the subsequent. I would like a unification fight. That might be bad a**. Take all of them out,” said Bam Rodriguez when asked if he’d wish to fight Roman Gonzalez next.

At the top of the fight, Ford ignored Gonzalez when he attempted to congratulate him. Ford was upset with Gonzalez throughout the ninth and tenth with all of the movement that he was doing.
He motioned for him to face still so he could finish the job, but Gonzalez wasn’t going to accommodate him. He’d been hurt too repeatedly by Ford’s right hook, and his nose was bleeding, looking busted. If the shoe was on the opposite foot, Ford would have done the identical thing because he wouldn’t have put himself able of getting knocked out.
Ford lost his WBA 126-lb title to Nick Ball by a 12-round split decision in his previous fight on June 1st. The Matchroom-promoted Ford looked loads higher tonight at a brand new weight class at 130, showing the ability that was never there when he’d campaigned at 126.
– In an enormous upset, light heavyweight Manuel Gallegos (21-2-1, 18 KOs) knocked out Khalil Coe (9-1-1, 7 KOs) within the ninth round of a scheduled ten-round fight. The heavy-handed 28-year-old Coe looked good in the primary two rounds, nailing Gallegos with huge shots to the top.

At the top of the eighth, the referee asked Coe and his corner if he desired to proceed, and so they answered within the affirmative. – Middleweight contender Austin ‘Ammo’ Williams (17-1, 12 KOs) bounced back from his previous loss to attain a career-saving fifth-round knockout over Gian Garrido (11-2, 8 KOs). The fight was a tougher one than expected for the 28-year-old Ammo, as he looked timid when he began taking heavy shots from Garrido.
Williams seemed to be stunned by a right hand from Garrido in round two, and continued to take a number of shots in rounds three and 4. Although Williams was landing the heavier, judge-pleasing punches, he was getting hit back loads by Garrido and was retreating from the pressure.
Going into round five, Ammo Williams’ trainer told him to not allow Garrido to back him up. He wanted him to go on the attack, which is what he did. When the round began, Williams went after Garrido, hurting him with a left hand after which nailing him with a barrage of punches that resulted within the referee stopping the fight. The time of the stoppage was at 1:04 of round five.
“I’m back. It was amazing. I’m a champion,” said Austin Williams. “I’ve seen all you middleweights talking. Anyone at my weight can get it. Next 12 months, I’m seeking to get back on target. We’re getting world championships in 2025.”
Boots has a history with Chukhadzhian, having beaten him by a 12-round unanimous decision last 12 months on January seventh in Washington, D.C. Chukhadzhian, 28, worked his way back to mandatory position with three straight wins over nondescript opposition, defeating these fighters: Harry Scarff, Michael Marcano, and Pietro Rossetti.

- Jaron “Boots” Ennis (32-0, 29 KO) vs. Karen Chukhadzhian (24-2, 13 KO). Within the headliner, Ennis defends against Chukhadzhian in a fight that has did not ignite fans’ passion. Fans query the IBF’s decision to put in Chukhzadzhian because the mandatory at 147 for Boots after wins over these three obscure fighters, none of that are known by fans. Guevara, 35, has won his last two fights after losing to Cuadras by a 12-round unanimous decision last 12 months on November seventeenth. In Guevara’s last two fights, he’s beaten Andrew Moloney and Lamberto Macias to place himself in position for tonight’s fight.
