Mugshot Of D4vd Is Released As He’s Reportedly Expected To Be Charged With First-Degree Murder Of Celeste Rivas Hernandez
In response to NBC News, D4vd is anticipated to be formally charged with first-degree murder for the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez on Monday, April 20. Per the outlet, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman shared the update with reporters. This, during a press conference earlier within the day.
“I’m a parent of three children, and a parent’s nightmare is a situation where your daughter goes out one night and never comes back, as we’ll show in a court of law,” Hochman reportedly told the press, adding that “additional special enhancements” within the case could have the singer facing the death penalty.
Per the outlet, D4vd can be accused of performing “lewd and lascivious sexual acts with a person under 14 years of age.” Moreover, he’s accused of “mutilating human stays.”
