MANILA, Philippines—Macau’s troika of Jenning Leung, Damian Chongqui and Ramon Cao got here to play within the Black Knights’ 123-119 win over Blackwater within the PBA Commissioner’s Cup on Tuesday.
Leung and Chongqui finished with 30 points apiece and 4 3-pointers each, while Ramon Cao added 29 points on 58 percent shooting from the sphere and 10 rebounds.

With the trio clicking and firing on all cylinders, import Tony Mitchell didn’t should do much on offense, especially with Blackwater missing the services of its import Robert Upshaw III. Still, Mitchell made his presence felt with 11 points, 22 rebounds and two blocks in 48 minutes.
The victory followed a sorry loss to contender TNT, which needed a late fourth quarter push to fend off Macau on Friday. The setback officially eliminated the Black Knights from playoff contention.

“I wish this game was the TNT game however it’s good to at all times bounce back. Those rough-shooting games at all times get to me so it’s great to bounce back,” Leung said.
Macau goes for a 3rd win against struggling Terrafirma on Saturday at the identical venue.
