Lacey Evans has announced that she’s officially gearing up for a return to the ring.
In a brand new Instagram video, Evans confirmed the news, telling fans, “I shall be returning to wrestling. Yes, the Sassy Southern Belle is on her way back.”
Based on Evans, the spark to return back was reignited during a recent appearance at WrestleCon, where fans repeatedly asked about her in-ring future. That response, combined with encouragement from her children — who’ve been asking once they’ll see her back on TV — helped solidify her decision.
Evans added that she plans to document her journey as she works her way back into ring shape, with the goal of performing in front of her kids.
She last competed in July 2023 and officially parted ways with WWE the next month, noting on the time that she had requested her release.
