[WATCH] Rovman Powell pulls off stunning one-handed screamer to dismiss Heinrich Klaasen in SRH vs KKR clash

Kolkata Knight Riders all-rounder Rovman Powell took an incredible one-handed catch to get out SunRisers Hyderabad batter Heinrich Klaasen during their IPL 2026 match at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Sunday, May 3. Klaasen was out for just 11 runs off 9 balls, and SRH lost their third wicket at 117.

The moment happened within the eleventh over. Cameron Green bowled a brief ball outside off stump, and Klaasen tried to tug it but didn’t hit it properly. The ball went towards the leg side where Powell, standing at deep mid-wicket, ran to his right and jumped.

He managed to grab the ball with one hand while within the air. Regardless that he fell down, he kept control of the ball. The TV umpire checked it fastidiously and confirmed it was a good catch. Throughout the effort, Powell even broke his sunglasses.
