Chelsea Green is recovering after undergoing a heart procedure for S.V.T. (Supraventricular tachycardia).
Speaking on a recent edition of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Green shared an update on her condition and revealed that she is already desperate to get back to work. She said,
“I actually have another day of bed rest after which it’s taking it easy for an additional week. I’m feeling good. My wounds are healing and my heart feels heavy, and my respiration is interesting, but we’re on the mend. I already pitched for this week. I can call in.”
Green has been out of in-ring motion since February as a consequence of an ankle injury, though she has continued appearing on WWE television while using a wheelchair. On the May 1 episode of WWE SmackDown, she appeared in a segment alongside Tiffany Stratton and notably stood up from the wheelchair throughout the appearance.
