A brand new still from Toxic featuring Yash, front and centre, has taken social media by storm. The striking image shows Yash leaning against a vintage automobile in a neon-lit street setting, surrounded by armed men, hinting on the film’s gritty world of gangsters and goons. The upcoming film, directed by Geethu Mohandas, has already generated significant buzz whilst fans wait for an official release date to be announced.
Yash Starrer Toxic Recent Still Out!
After scrapping the March 19 release to avoid clashing with Dhurandhar: The Revenge, the film later pushed its release to June 4. Nonetheless, in line with the most recent buzz, the film will now be released in English, Kannada, and multiple Indian languages on a later date.

Chatting with Variety, the actor opened up about what drew him to the project and its deeper themes. He revealed that he had been looking for a larger-scale cinematic concept when director Mohandas approached him with the concept for Toxic.
The actor also highlighted the film’s ensemble solid, which incorporates Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, Tara Sutaria, and British theatre actor Darrell D’Silva. Over the weekend, Tara Sutaria, who was on the Cannes Film Festival, teased that the film could even feature the leading ladies teaming up for an ‘Avengers’-like slow-motion scene.
