Louis Russell and Huda Mustafa spoke exclusively with TMZ about their breakup. The previous couple told the outlet that they’ve taken time to reflect before mutually deciding to go their separate ways. “We wish to share that after taking time to reflect on what’s best for us each, we now have mutually decided to part ways in the interim.”
Additionally they shared that they plan to deal with parenting in addition to their individual careers while still maintaining a friendship despite ending their relationship. “Huda is dedicating her time and energy to being the most effective mother, her music profession and the exciting opportunities ahead, while Louis is concentrated on being the most effective father he may be and pursuing his future endeavors. We remain friends and proceed to have the utmost respect and love for each other. During this time, we kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this next chapter of our lives.”

More About Louis & Huda’s Relationship
Huda Mustafa and Louis Russell first sparked dating rumors in July 2025 following her appearance on season seven of ‘Love Island USA.’ A month later, the duo seemingly hard launched their relationship when Huda popped out with Russell on the ‘Weapons’ movie premiere. Though they showcased their love online, the couple still hit a number of bumps within the road.
Most recently, in March, Huda and Louis hopped on social media to deal with reports about a short lived restraining order connected to allegations from Louis’ ex-girlfriend and the mother of his son, Nicole Olivera. A judge granted the temporary restraining order and ordered Huda to avoid Nicole and her son. Nicole claimed Mustafa threatened her and her son and in addition tried to interrupt into their Los Angeles home. On the time Huda dropped a message on her Instagram Stories telling fans she was selecting to handle things legally. Meanwhile, Louis shared his own message saying he just desired to deal with being “a superb dad.”
