Mediawan, BYD Unveil Special ‘Miraculous Chibi’ Episode

Mediawan and BYD, which recently partnered to develop and finance international premium content, have unveiled the primary project out of their pact: a special episode of the “Miraculous Chibi” series featuring BYD’s recent electric vehicle, the BYD Dolphin Surf.

The episode, titled “Watt a Dream Date!,” launches worldwide on YouTube on Tuesday. It marks the start of a broader collaboration between BYD, which has now surpassed Tesla because the world’s top electric automobile company, and Mediawan, the European powerhouse co-founded by Pierre-Antoine Capton, whose portfolio spans 100 firms, including Plan B, North Road, See-Saw Movies and a stake in LuckyChap International.

A part of the globally popular “Miraculous” franchise, “Miraculous Chibi” is a short-form, digital animated comedy spin-off built around slapstick humor and fast-paced, non-verbal storytelling, featuring Ladybug, Cat Noir and other characters from the franchise.
