Bigg Boss 19 fame Malti Chahar, together with actresses Rashami Desai and Ayesha Khan, have condemned Pranit More for supporting a problematic and misogynistic joke made by an audience member at his recent show. During an event in Gurugram, web developer Himanshu Jangra claimed that after spending Rs 370 on chicken biryani for a girl, he expected a “return” on that investment in the shape of physical intimacy.
He further stated that when the lady asked him to drop her home after the meal, he was surprised, adding, “Maine kaha ki Rs 370 lage hain to make use of to wasool to karunga hi.” As a substitute of calling out the person, Pranit More supported his joke by laughing along and even sharing the clip on his social media account.

Malti Chahar
Taking to her X handle on Wednesday, she expressed her anger over the Rs 370 biryani comment, and even mentioned Ram Charan’s Peddi in her tweet. Buchi Babu Sana’s film is facing backlash from a piece of viewers over the hypersexualisation of the feminine lead, played by Janhvi Kapoor. “Rs 370 biryani and Peddi… make you realize why many ladies are hesitant about marriage, why we value our independence, and why we elect to separate the bill. Some women are even financially supporting men entirely. Yet, we proceed to be objectified, and a lady’s consent is seemingly price not more than a plate of biryani. After generations of fighting for equality, dignity, and respect, it’s disheartening that we’re still confronting the identical underlying mindset,” she wrote.

Malti further added, “To all moms and future moms: please teach your sons to respect women and understand the importance of consent. And to the audience – it’s easy to dismiss something as ‘only a joke’ or ‘just a movie,’ but media shapes culture, and ladies often face the real-life consequences of what gets normalized on screen. People generate profits by catering to the market, but as consumers, we even have a responsibility. Please be mindful of what you select to support and encourage. Thanks.” During their time in Bigg Boss 19, Malti Chahar and Pranit More had initially grabbed eyeballs for his or her close friendship.
Rashmi Desai
Rashami Desai is the newest to hitch the list of celebrities who’ve spoken out on the controversy. The actor slammed Pranit More and Himanshu Jangra, and posted a reel shared by Praful Garg on her Instagram Stories. Within the caption, she wrote, “Praful bhai, this shouldn’t be a Comedy. It’s a standard talking conversation and it has no content. They begin communicating once they don’t have content or creativity. Pranit shouldn’t be an artist. He’s also not a comedian.”

She added, “The fraternity will get troll for unnecessarily, this is basically bad for real artist. This is basically bad for real artist. And this boy has lost his job. Also Pranit ke bhi shows band hone chahiye. #Shame on Pranit. Shame on Gurgaon Boy.”
Ayesha Khan
Ayesha Khan took to Instagram to slam each of them. She especially called out Pranit for laughing at Himanshu’s problematic remark. Expressing disgust over the incident, she wrote, “The best way every man within the room is laughing is frightening to even watch, the way in which the host is laughing, the undeniable fact that iss reel ke post hone ke pehle is pe thought diya gaya hai aur phir bhi post hui hai is frightening, we aren’t indignant enough for what has happened.”

She added, “You went on a date, spent 370 rupees and also you thought you had rights on the lady’s body? Where are we headed? What’s flawed?”
