Pagnotta: “I mean, if it’s Minnesota, you’re moving into that direction. You’ve got the children, you’ve got the picks, that’s probably the direction you’re moving into.
If it’s Vegas, it’s probably more closer to hockey trade, but I’m struggling to seek out a pathway to where Vegas is smart. Unless it’s like Tomas Hertl, and you recognize he’s good with it. I just, I don’t know if, if there’s a pathway here.
Because I don’t see them moving (Pavel) Dorofeyev. I do know everyone’s pointing at that one, being like, ‘oh, that makes probably the most sense, he’s an RFA.’ Okay, yeah, but they still have the cash to sign him with (Alex) Pietrangelo on season-ending LTIR. That’s mainly Dorofeyev money. You freely giving a 40-goal scorer only for a chance to get this guy? I, hell of a player, but I don’t know in the event that they do this.
Florida is interesting because you’ll be able to combo the ninth overall pick with other things. You recognize, so in San Jose’s got lots of good young talent.
