Alexa Bliss Responds To Fan With A Snarky Remark

Two weeks ago, Alexa Bliss suffered a loss to Jade Cargill on WWE SmackDown, however the aftermath of the match proved to be much more frustrating for the previous Women’s Champion. During a chair-assisted spot involving Cargill’s finisher, Bliss instinctively raised her arm to guard herself from the impact. Unfortunately for her, the camera angle caught the moment perfectly, leading fans to indicate the visible setup and mock the apparent mistake online.

The criticism quickly spread across social media, with many fans taking shots at Bliss over the botched-looking sequence. In response to the backlash, she temporarily made her Twitter account private.

Nevertheless, Bliss appears to have moved past the negativity and is now taking the criticism in stride.

During this week’s edition of WWE SmackDown, Bliss made a surprise appearance through the first-round Queen of the Ring Fatal 4-Way Match featuring Charlotte Flair, Jade Cargill, Lyra Valkyria, and Sol Ruca. She rushed to ringside to neutralize Jade’s allies, Michin and B-FAB, who were attempting to influence the consequence of the match. Despite her efforts, Bliss was quickly overwhelmed before Tiffany Stratton arrived to even the chances.

Following the show, a fan account shared a screenshot of Bliss attacking Michin and jokingly questioned where she had disappeared to after her unsuccessful intervention. Bliss responded with a self-deprecating message, acknowledging her recent struggles while making it clear that she isn’t giving up. She wrote,

“I do know! apparently I can’t do anything effective today 🫠 a number of tries & a number of fails – week after week I keep trying tho! 😂”
