Former WWE star Matt Riddle unveiled a dramatic latest look ahead of his latest appearance for Major League Wrestling, surprising fans by parting ways with one of the recognizable elements of his persona.
During his WWE run from 2018 to 2023, Riddle became known for his laid-back attitude, barefoot entrances, and his trademark flowing blond hair. While many elements of his presentation evolved through the years, his long hair remained a relentless a part of his image.
Since departing WWE, Riddle has stayed lively across the wrestling landscape, competing for promotions equivalent to MLW, TNA Wrestling, AAA, and NJPW. Despite working for several major corporations, he has yet to commit to an exclusive contract.
Through the years, fans closely associated Riddle along with his signature hairstyle. He briefly switched things up after leaving WWE by coloring his hair red, but his latest transformation is an excellent larger change.
On the recent MLW Fusion tapings, attendees quickly noticed that Riddle had cut off his trademark long locks in favor of a much shorter hairstyle. The previous UFC fighter later confirmed the change on Instagram, sharing a photograph following the event and showing off the fresh look. He captioned his photo with,
“Recent Haircut and one other great night of wrestling ??”
