Capcom is riding high this 12 months with multiple back-to-back hit releases and is readying to disclose more at Gamescom 2026. Not resting on its laurels after the successful releases of Resident Evil Requiem (including the recent announcement of Resident Evil Veronica) and Pragmatta, Capcom has announced (via Games Press) its lineup of titles to be shown at Gamescom 2026, which may also include some recent playable demos. Fans of the Dragon’s Dogma franchise will get their likelihood to play Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen.
“Having recently announced Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen and the discharge date of Onimusha: Way of the Sword, the publisher confirms the world-first public hands-on of Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen in addition to other opportunities coming to the show in Cologne on August twenty sixth.”

The fun doesn’t stop there as Capcom may also offer players the chance to play Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Mega Man: Dual Override, and Street Fighter 6. Capcom has also said it should include various eSports activities and live-streaming events for attendees.
“Capcom may also bring other exciting opportunities for attendees and numerous live streamed programs broadcast across the duration of the show directly from Cologne to the remaining of the world.”
